About
We synthesize the research so you don't have to decode it at 11pm.
A small group synthesizing published ADHD and executive-function research with community-sourced evidence from neurodivergent productivity spaces. We write for the adult who has failed every bullet journal trend and wants something that respects their brain.
This site uses Atkinson Hyperlegible as its body font — a typeface specifically designed to improve legibility for readers with low vision and reading differences. That choice is intentional. The way we design and write here is the same low-overwhelm approach we recommend in every planning guide.
What we cover (and what we don't)
NeurodivergentDesk publishes planning systems, printable tools, and productivity frameworks for adults with ADHD and executive dysfunction. Every post is written for a lifestyle and productivity context — never clinical, never diagnostic.
We do not publish content about medications, diagnosis criteria, symptom severity, or treatment recommendations. That's not our lane. Every post carries a brief reminder: this is for planning and information purposes only, not medical advice.
How research works
Every guide we publish is built from multiple sources: published ADHD and executive-function research, practitioner frameworks, community-sourced evidence from neurodivergent productivity spaces (r/ADHD, r/adhdwomen, and similar communities), and verified product specifications. We note when claims come from a single source and flag where pricing is approximate.
We do not claim to have personally tested every strategy or product at launch. Our framing is honest: synthesized research, community evidence, and documented practitioner approaches. No fabricated testimonials. No "we ran this experiment for 30 days" unless we actually did.
Guides are updated when evidence changes, products are discontinued, or better frameworks emerge — with the update date shown at the top of the post.
How this site makes money
Two ways: our own digital products (printable planner packs and GoodNotes templates), and affiliate commissions when you purchase through our links at no extra cost to you. We also display advertising as the site grows. Monetization never decides a recommendation — several tools and resources we mention have no affiliate program at all.
The full disclosure is on our affiliate disclosure page.
Voice and values
Shame-free is non-negotiable here. No language that frames executive dysfunction as a character flaw, laziness, or failure. Every post and every product acknowledges that strategies may not work every day — and that's expected, not a reason to feel worse.
