Not medical advice

The content on this Site is for informational and planning purposes only and is not medical advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. If you think you may have ADHD or another neurodivergent condition, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual property

All editorial content on this Site — articles, guides, illustrations, printable designs, and written copy — is the property of NeurodivergentDesk and is protected by copyright. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts (with attribution and a link back) for non-commercial purposes. Reproducing full articles or publishing substantial portions of our content elsewhere without written permission is not permitted.

Purchased printables and digital products

When you purchase a printable pack, GoodNotes template, or digital download from this Site, you receive a personal-use license. This means:

• You may print and use the files for your own personal planning and productivity purposes.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others outside your household.
• You may not upload the files to file-sharing platforms, bundle them into your own products, or claim them as your own work.
• Commercial use (using in a paid coaching service, selling as part of a bundle, distributing to clients) requires a separate written license — contact us.

Digital products are delivered as PDF downloads. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except as outlined in the Product Terms section below.

Product terms

Purchases made through this Site are processed by Stripe. Payment processing, VAT/sales tax collection, and transaction security are handled by Stripe under their Services Agreement. Our products are delivered as digital downloads.

Refunds: Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If you experience a technical problem with your download (corrupted file, wrong file delivered, GoodNotes import issue), contact us and we will make it right.

Access: Paid files are delivered through Stripe's checkout system. If you experience account-level access problems, contact us directly and we will resolve the issue.

Disclaimer of warranties

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and planning purposes only. Planning strategies that work well for one person's brain may not work for another. Use your own judgment, and consult qualified professionals for your specific medical, mental health, or therapeutic needs.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability
